Reggie is in the People Business, managing teams from 5 to 500. As an experienced hospitality executive leader of twenty-five years and counting. Reggie has over ten years of experience as a General Manager at numerous locations across the country. Mr. Woolridge's experience includes senior leadership positions with Marriott International, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc; Westin and Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, Sunstone Hotels, Trigild Corporation, and the Barney Hospitality Group.
As a valuable asset to the hospitality industry, Mr. Woolridge has fostered growth in major destination markets in California, including San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hollywood, Pasadena, Palm Springs, and Kansas City, Missouri. Reggie Woolridge exhibits cultural cognizance through his experiences in Japan, Korea, Italy, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico.

Mr. Woolridge currently resides in Avon, Ohio with his wife Nadia of 29 years, he has three adult children and four beautiful grandchildren.
